Look at what I did at work! There was a lone paper clip sitting on my table top, a barely-used white board, a black marker begging to be used and colorful bracelets on my wrist. Add boredom and sleepiness to that and TADA! I became really cheesy and came up with this.

i LIstened to a good friend’s break up story this weekend.

the guy was horrific. he humiliated her verbally in public and or in front of his friends. he ran off with another girl who was committed. he made her feel worthless.  he gave her bruises. and worst of all - he threatened to slit her throat with a kitchen knife. Ugh!

her story made my heartbreak story of 2 years ago so insignificant.

it made my then heartless heartbreaker sound like a nice guy.

im proud of her for leaving him. finally.
